Shipping policy

Domestic: All orders are shipped within 5 business days unless a pre-order is selected.

International: We ship out eligible orders within 5 business days after receiving the order. Your package will typically arrive 7-21 days after placing the order. Also keep in mind that many countries do not qualify for free shipping. If package is lost or stolen after being shipped, JustKass is not responsible. Please make sure shipping address is exact and be aware of how shipping works in your country. No returns on international orders unless there was a mistake on our part.
